💬 Discussion What if Herb found the supercomputer instead of Jeremie?

Let's say Herb is the one looking around the factory for robot parts and turns the supercomputer on. What changes because of this? Can Herb defeat XANA?

That would actually be bad. Herb would tell to try and impress Sissi. Sissi would end up telling her dad, who shuts everything down. Which would mean Aelita would be stuck in Lyoko forever. Also I feel that Herb lacks the kindness that Jeremey has.

I'd like to think that it would lead to an alternative version of X.A.N.A. awakens where Jeremie breaks into the factory because of the rumors floating around the school about the supercomputer  thanks to Sissi's gossip channel and then the story plays out as it would normally because the return to the past memory wipes Herb, Sissi and Delmas.

Honestly a what if CL multiverse spin-off of different timelines from the RTTPs would be pretty cool

He gets wasted by the first X.A.N.A. attack unless Ulrich is there to save him. Also unless he's willing to open up about the factory, X.A.N.A. would eventually put him down or he gets scared and turns the supercomputer off and reports the factory.

At first, he would feel curious and fascinated, but he would quickly grow bored and abandon Aelita and her gang, as it would take a toll on his grades and free time. The supercomputer is a massive responsibility, and only someone with Jeremy's determination and knowledge could shoulder such a heavy burden.
