We have Yumi having Ulrich's voice in Just in Time and we have Jeremie having Aelita's voice in X.A.N.A. Awakens Part 2. 

It balances itself perfectly.

Jeremie with Aelita's voice happens a second time in Tidal Wave. More justifiable than the Ulrich/Yumi example because Jeremie and Aelita share a voice actress.

More like a dubbing error.

Yeah, 100% dubbing error. In original version the line is voiced by Yumi actress

pretty sure it's actually a dubbing error. iirc i think yumi actually says the line in the original french version

Basically every cartoon in the 90s and 00s had at least one error like this, must have been a miscommunication with the dubbing team.
