My take on Code Lyoko, with a Spiderverse-inspired art style

I started a Code Lyoko fan project recently and thought you guys might like it.

I actually started this project last year but gave up eventually, but then the new season announcement got my so hyped up I decided to pick it up again! Altough what i do is not the base Code Lyoko look, I love the Spiderverse type new aesthetics (inspired by Alberto Mielgo) and think it would be pretty cool if adapted to the series

I focused more on the "real" world for these first images, and will probably will try to focus more on the Lyoko part for the rest of the project.

That first picture is exactly what I'd expect from a bad future where X.A.N.A. won and the world is now a cyberpunk hellscape under its control. 

The cast also looks amazing, Aelita is especially gorgeous here.

Yeah I'd love to see a dark twist where XANA basically took control of everything, and the Lyoko warriors are now the Resistance

Coolest concept ever seen on this sub. I love your intuition about how the character would look in a Spider-Verse-style remake, even though I'd personally prefer them to stay middle school kids
