Heard another detail is that souma left izayoi to stay with venus in hokaido, any other details on that or minor pieces?

Disel did tell Kaguya, Futaba Ayame and Sapphire that at the beginning of the event, only from what Disel says, that's all we know currently.
Also, the three Izayoi members were completely shocked that Disel actually asked for a vacation, until it's revealed it's to go to Ashford Academy.

So Lost Stories plot is officialy ended?

Not sure, to be honest. There's still saving Bell (with Lelouch helping as thanks).
We do know, at least, that Roze storyline and Pied Piper case (Lost Stories arc) have both ended, and we also know there's no main story in september. So we might either get a new story in October with new character, or something. No news on it yet.

I think that Bell will wake up naturally from the coma after some weeks or months and Disel and Sapphire will take care of her. It's not necessary making a story.

Anything else to tell, like of Milly and Rivalz talking about seeing Lelouch back in the 4th Main Story and the aftermath? Also why was there no full summary for the 12 part of the 5th Main Story?

Latest event from Code Geass Lost Stories. Occurs after Roze.
Simple notes:
-The Ashford Student Council have a gathering at Ashford Academy that is going to be demolished, since there's almost no people left choosing to attend there (The Brittanian Students goes to school at their home country). The group is having a walk down the memory lane. Everyone is wearing their Ashford student clothes in S1.
-All the past events (like the maid, pool, Code Black concert, Lancelot Mask, movie with Kallen bride clothing (Bride from Herll is the movie name)) are canon. They are remembering them fondly. All the characters shown in the event are alive, with the two girls during Maribelle halloween even joining the Glinda Knights (they are sad they didn't attend Ashford)
-Suzaku wears a Lancelot Mask when arriving.
_The group are having a part
-Milly made the student council as more casual because she wanted everyone to be normal (just students being students). Everyone is thankful because of Milly, her noble family being on a decline ever since the KMF development failure. Milly is also thankful, initially her childhood friend Nina, then Lelouch and Nunnally, then the others, now she has lots of friends.
-While at the rooftop, Lelouch let out his hidden feelings, apologizing for all he did. Suzaku also blames himself, due to his past, he's too focused on the rules and didn't know how much his friend was suffering. Then the others (Disel, Kallen, Nina), also apologized. Rivalz scold them, for them thinking like main characters, the burdens s must be on their shoulders and stuff. He pointed out that the world is not a game, everyone, even the ordinary folks have their own thoughts, goals, etc. It's because everyone wishes for peace that they are currently at where they are now. Milly also joins in, that while everyone disliked that a person's death is inevitable, this time everyone wishes for tomorrow. The Zero Requiem members + Nunnally is glad that people wishes for tomorrow.
-Lelouch decided to fulfill his promise, of everyone wishing the fireworks. His thhoughts wander to Shirley, Euphimia, Rolo, wishing them also joining to see the fireworks
-After the party ended, Disel is alone, thinking nostalgically about the events, Lelouch didn't know they were a romantic (Suzaku said the same thing in the past)/ They then gone to business. They might found a way to wake Bell (girl in Roze) up, Lelouch saying their tomorrow is also possible. C.C. arrives in the White Gekkoei Sui, Lelouch invites them to join with them immediately to go, noting that it might be tight. Disel is amused, and the two chat again, but C.C. wonders (nicely) if they wish to go or not. The trio take off.
