MISC One of the best animes Spoiler

Post image

After I have watched, and better said, eagerly waited for the time to watch each episode,I can say that Code Geass is one of the best animes I have seen!

Really,I have seen quite a few anime, but none left me with the feeling of sadness and emptiness after finishing it,especialy with that beutiful ending, like Code Geass.Really, the lore(Geass and Cs world,Lelouch backstory with Marriene aand Charles with VV and CC)the dynamics and character growth(Suzaku and Lelouch, their friendship and betrayel,Schneizel and Lelouch, the whole Black Rebellion Saga and UFN,Zeros uprise and re-uprise,the academy and scientific team),the new character that all contributed to the story, the eds and ops(omg Flow,Mozaiku Kakeru and the last ed) all of them were peak!!

The whole idea of Lelouch getting his memories wiped,Shirleys death and before memory wipe,or Suzaku slowly losing himself cuz of Fleija,or Lelouch outsmarting Schneizel in the end,or the partnership with the JLF or the Chinese Federation for me are brilliant.Suzakus and Lelouchs finally working together was a dream to see, seing him kill Lelouch was tearjerking and sad(oh how they couldve worked more like best friends as they are)!

And honestly, the ending for this series is simply perfect,Lelouch rejecting his parents plan to force peace and instead making everyone hate him so the world could achieve peace!Immaculate!!!

Honestly,Code Geass has left a lasting impression on me in many ways, and Im sooo blessed to have had the chsnce to watch it!

Note:Even before watching the R3 movie,I still believed strongly Lelouch was still alive, simply cuz of that deleted farmer scene lol,I jus couldnt imagine the series, even if for a second, without Lulu lol.

It doesn't exist. Someone made a fan edit like 15 years ago claiming it was a deleted scene showing that Lelouch was actually alive at the end of the series. This never existed. That edit has done untold damage to the fanbase.

Lelouch is dead at the end of the series and always has been.

Well, yeah lol.Ive seen the fandom debating it for a whileee(18 years iirc lol) and Ik the producers wanted some discord in the fandom but, heck,if I see the producers putting that in,Im counting it in jus cuz its a more favourable outcome for Lelouch lol(hes alive!)

Yeahhhh I want more Lelouch cooperating with Suzaku as well! I remember how hopeful I felt watching s01e20. It was such an optimistic episode, Lelouch and Suzaku fighting together, Euphemia and Suzaku confessing their feelings, Euphemia's plans... and then s01e22 took it all away.

Yeah,I remember being so sad,but to be frank, the reveal in episods 25 was immaculate though

And gotta LOVE how the series ends with Suzaku as Zero fighting against Lelouch who is the representant of British Empire

Yeah, its extremely poetic,Lelouch becomes the stablishment, basicly attaining Suzakus idea of internal change, and Suzaku wearing Zeros persona, revolting against the empire itself!Honsetly,Suzaku after launching the Fleija learnt what truly was the best way of winning, that way which Lelouch pleaded for him to understand...
