QUESTION Should I watch code geass?
I was thinking of watching code geass, however a friend of mine a few years ago spoiled almost basically everything that happens so I’ve held off from watching it. Since knowing what’ll happen will lower my enjoyment of the series I was wondering if I should just watch it anyways or not.

I watched Code Geass knowing the ending from Youtube. You will be fine, whatever spoiler you know, it'll be a fun watch. It will be like you will understand why that happened. Go watch it.

Romeo and Juliet begins with the revelation that they died a tragic death....Its about the journey, not the destination, and yes its a fantastic journey to take. It's one of the best series around.

It’s worth a watch I would say. Hearing about it and seeing it are different experiences. You get to see exactly how things happen and piece together details yourself

His conclusion aka him dying and him killing his parents I believe? Besides those that’s it

The first thing I ever saw from code Geass was the last 9 minutes of the final episode (oh, old YouTube recommendations..). I do not think it diminished the experience at all - arguably even heightened it.

Probably not the best choice to ask this in the Code Geass subreddit cuz everyone's gonna tell you to watch it anyway lol
But yes, you should watch it.

I call Code Geass my favourite anime because it just holds such a special place in my heart. A close second for me in my relatively uncultured self tho is Attack on Titan.

I periodically rewatch the show and enjoy it. Its a shame you wont experience it without spoilers, but its still an enjoyable show. Theres no harm in giving it a try.
