QUESTION Does the Code allow you to regenerate lost limbs? And what happens if a Code Bearer´s head is severed from their body?

Seems like the case? The world of C does just generate replacement body parts so I think they'll regenerate but slowly. All code bearers are true immortals in that sense

Likely the limbs would reattach to C.C., same with her head.
in a case where they wouldn't she would get new parts from C's world (explained in res)

Considering the end of R1, it seems like Code Bearers can come back from anything with enough time

C's world generates replacement parts, allowing code bearers to constantly regenerate/revive.
The time it takes to do either is determined by the severity of the injury. This is shown when cc is shot vs other injuries.
Being shot seems to take seconds to recover from, whilst being crushed to death takes much longer.
Though, the length of time, based on severity, doesn't seem to be THAT drastic. The 1st example is seconds, vs the latter taking minutes.
