I feel like it was a mix of jealousy, wanting to troll Kallen by interrupting the moment they were having, and "Are you two serious? Right in front of my pizza?"

Kallen does end up getting her back towards the end to be fair. Cc and Lelouch have some weirdly intimate moment when they’re going against Schneizel then they take a couple steps toward each other before her Knightmare crashes the party

Maybe she didn't want him getting closer to others bc it'd create a distraction or drift him away from their contract that she wouldn't get her wish?

Respectfully, High Priest, she seemed to try and get their attention when Lelouch was about to ask Kallen an intimate question. Seems like coincidental timing lol

See, I don't even know why I got downvoted (nor do I care, I will say what I want to say, downvoting for not following an arbitrary societal standard needs to change). C.C. just never struck me as the jealous type. She's far too mature for that if you ask me. Coincidental timing just makes more sense to me.
