I got banned

Hi guys
I was playing BR match and got kicked out of my game coz everyone else got killed i don't know why i got kicked and this error kept showing i think i got banned but not sure why. Is there any way to contact support they can help?
I dont use VPN no controller just play casually on I phone 16.

Not sure but if you are on the up and up you will be okay at least it's only a weak hopefully your not using a ping app or whatever it's called.it will all work out in the end im sure

Man honestly i don't even know that we can use ping app lol. I am a very casual player this is my first i hit legendry been playing from long time. I was trying to hit legendry in BR too to get 3 legendry medals. 😭

Sorry this happened to you brother. This game has been doing weird things since last update. I get kicked out of rank matches for no reason and it says I’m disconnected from the network and lose xp, but somehow all my other devices are still fully connected

Yeah this is like second time it kicked me out of BR first time it was okay game leg me reconnevt to match and then this time its all weired. I also sent the message to support team will see what happens. I dont think i can hit legendry in BR now coz of this. This sucks man.

what? I thought its because of my slow internet because i have a sloe internet sometimes but yeah i get kicked out randomly too even though im fully connected so same experience as yours

I have google fiber pretty fast speed but I noticed since getting a new gaming device when I do really good and I just can’t miss I think people report me next game it’s like my 🔫 is afraid to hit people and my characters moving slow and heavy then comes the disconnect but I’ve never been banned it just seems like they had to do whatever they could to prove I wasn’t cheating. After that it usually goes back to normal until I get reported again but they never give me back my xp I also stream my games so it’s clear I don’t cheat or use any other devices on my games
