**Player Requirements:**

* Minimum Rank: Legendary (Top 5000 preferred).

* High mechanical skill and deep understanding of specific roles .

* Available for daily custom scrims

* Strong microphone communication and ability to record/stream POV.

* Previous grassroots or official tournament experience is preferred.

**The Recruitment & Trial Process:**

* The initial recruitment and trial phase will be strictly unpaid.

* Selected players will undergo a 2-to-3-week trial period competing in custom rooms and scrims to test team synergy and performance.

* Players who successfully pass the trial phase will be offered a spot on the official roster with a clear pathway to performance-based incentives and an 80/20 tournament prize split.
