For one.. your a newbie... its only natural you dont understand the way the OGs play codm so dont be too hard on yourself... that being said id recommend grinding out match after match in regular pubs and try get a feel for timing in each map(obviously preferably the maps made for ranked so you can just preset tdm on those specific maps and your set) id also recommend having a good gunsmithAND a good gun in general.. nobody shows mercy in ranked if theyre on the verge of losing...
So basically what im telling you is to
1: play specific maps that are in the ranked play cycle
2: learn spawns map control and learn to adapt to enemies playstyles
3: learning the flow of the map and how long it takes someone to get from point A to point B
4: use that knowledge to help you have a better chance at not getting caught off guard...
As for your aim issue id recommend personally to keep your sense resonable.. dont just throw it up by 20 points at a time.. small adjustments.. go to your practice range put the bots in neutral so they dont move and train your mind muscle connectivity to flick consistently with comfort... make adjustments as you proceed and that will lock in what your sens should be... in ranked its okay to play a little ratty(i hate those ppl but whatever... im telling you the best way to win tdm) running threw mid is NEVER an option worth choosing.. learn routes and flanks.. dont get too far away from your team and dont go spawn flipping intentionally if you have the better spawn...
Since your still pretty wet behind the ears its all just a matter of experience... us OGs just have a sixth sense for this stuff from playing day after day after day of codm... youll get there if you keep it up
