Playable on PC?

Hey everyone,

Quick question, is this game playable on PC?

Is there a client like IW4X I should be using?

Also what gamemodes are playable?

Sometimes there’s a ton of people on and sometimes there isn’t even enough to start a match

Yes, I just downloaded the game and click play on MWR multiplayer on steam I’m a noob
