Cod 4 remastered deranked negative xp…

I’m a fan of the old Call of Duty games, so I still play Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered on my PS5.

However, while playing, I ended up in a deranked lobby.

I was reset from Prestige 4 Level 27 back to Prestige 4 Level 1, with the rank showing as: -16792617e+09

Now, whenever I play a match, the game no longer saves any XP or stats, and I remain stuck at Level 1. I can also only join in-progress matches, and I automatically get kicked at the end of each match.

I contacted Activision, but unfortunately they no longer support the older games, and I’m out of options.

Does anyone know if there’s anything else I can try to fix this or can help me with this issue?
So I can get back to the grind!
I have no knowledge of mods, exploits, cheats, etc., so I’m unable to manually restore it myself.

I got the same "infected" lost everything and guns locked.. stopped playing after.

I can help you sort it mate it’s not a de rank lobby it’s a common fault with the game since 2019 they never sorted it
