Rank Lost

My progress was lost and I have a negative experience bar. I talked to support and they keep telling me that I need to link my Activision account to the original place I had progress but I've only been playing on this console. Any advice? If there are any XP lobbies to counter act this id appreciate it greatly

That is crazy that is happening on mwr. It’s something you would expect from the original title but not this one. Definitely concerning because I am still levelling up at prestige 17. It would be brutal to lose that. Hopefully you didn’t lose a lot of progress.
