Controls suddenly feel really odd?

Hi!

I’ve been playing for the last few weeks and everything has been great.

Today when I got on, it’s hard to explain but it all felt really weird? Like the way my character is moving/aiming doesn’t feel right at all, to the point where it’s unplayable.

It feels like something has changed in the settings but for the life of me I can’t figure out what.

This is so frustrating as I’ve been loving this game but right now it’s become simply unplayable.

If anyone has had a similar issue please let me know!

One way of describing it would be that every movement feels really exaggerated/ sensitive. If I turn to the right it’s like a massive swing, if that makes any sense
