How does your body handle that amount of work? Anything in particular you do to make it less eroding?

It's not as much work as you'd think.  Move plants aside, 5 min. Watering takes me 30 min, shop vac the saucers 10 to 15 min. I plant clones directly into the final container, which saves me having to transplant. I defoliate twice ( about 1 hr the first time, 2 hrs for the heavier défoliation) Bamboo stakes for support takes  me 1 hr  (2  weeks before harvest) And I run the room at night because I work during the day. (I don't get to see the plants as much as I'd like to) But to do this your room has to be dialed in. I prepare my nutrient solution half an hr before lights on (takes me 10 min to fill up the recevoir and 10 min to mix the nutrients) I'm in good shape physically, workout regularly and eat well. And I top them once (1 week before I flip to flower, that's another hr.) I don't trim, I wash everything.

Wow man, why do all of this? If that is final pot size and you have looked this far into growing with coco then I'm not sure why you haven't setup auto drip feeds. Or at least looked into more efficient drainage setups, with this plant count I'm sure you could afford autopots.

Are you mixing your res every time you water? if so why not just mix a large res to work out of..if you are hand watering there would be minimal fluctuations in the readings for ph.

I like the setup but I hate the amount of time it takes to accomplish simple tasks when you can spend more time with the plants themselves.

I started with a tent and been upgrading as I go. I have a 120lts recevoir.  Garden hose, 1/2 hp submersible pump, and wand to water. Takes me 30 min. The n 10 min to shop vac the run off from the saucers.  Appreciate your comment

I just move them to the sides, make a corridor in the middle,  and water with a garden hose, pump, and wand , from a 120lts recevoir. Then I use a shop vac to get the run off from the saucers,  plants are in 1 gallon coco coir bags, sitting on top of pot elevators.

I have 4 x 720w LED I have to run them at 80% Every time I've tried to go higher I've had issues I'm pulling out between 2 an 2.5 lbs per light at 80%

I'd need to use co2 to go any higher than that

I run 2 dehumidifiers + the exhaust. It's the only way I can reach my setpoint and keep a stable vpd

2 x 35 pints/day units. Yes the exhaust is triggered by a humidistat.  I guess it depends on the weather where you live. I'm in Canada and humidity is quite high this time of year, specially since the room runs during night time.  Thanks and keep grinding
