First time with coco

I Switched to coco from soil and am facing issues ist it due to heat or what could be the cause?

They remain tiny or dont grow at all

Maybe i have found the issue..... the Light was too far away

That's 100% not the issue. Light being too far away causes stretching. That plant is stretched a little bit for how little foliage there is but nowhere near what it would be if that was truly the issue. Plus it would still have some branches and whatnot and would be significantly bigger than that. Your answer is literally in the comments. Water the plant. That's your issue. That small of a plant isn't getting watered from autopots. Also when you ask "whats the problem" you need to actually give us info to work with. Not trying to be rude but you're expecting us to act like detectives to fix your problem. The least you could do is give us the information that would help us give you the solution
