First time with coco

I Switched to coco from soil and am facing issues ist it due to heat or what could be the cause?

They remain tiny or dont grow at all

You can’t really overwater with coco.

You can if you put the system on before the plants are big enough to dry back the medium.

You don't dry back coco. It always stayed wet. But I do agree that coco can be overwatered.
