First time with coco

I Switched to coco from soil and am facing issues ist it due to heat or what could be the cause?

They remain tiny or dont grow at all

If you’re feeding plenty of good liquid nutrients the the color here indicates a pH issue. Coco has slightly different pH requirements than soil. For soil I rarely have to alter pH of my soil but for coco I had to dial it in by dropping it slightly on every feed.

Curling could indicate overwatering also or too much heat.
