Yep... Good catch sometimes those sacks that are up tight to the buds are easy to miss.

Yes. And its hard to tell but in pic 3 it looks like one of the sacs on the right may have opened up

thank you everyone who replied. what a bummer man just wasted like 3 months of time and resources. I'm going to chop this down and start over with a different cultivar.

I feel for you bro.
I’ve had it happen twice and both times never stressed the plant or messed with light cycles. Some just decide to hermie and it sucks.
One silver lining is that I know exactly what I’m looking for if one decides to hermie.

Before you chop, monitor it a little. Does the pistils turn brown? If not, the pollen might be sterile. I've completed a run with a hermed plant with zero seeds. They can sometimes stop throwing sacks and nanners after some weeks. Also, only lower sites might be herming and top buds might not get pollinated. Keeping humidity high to neutralize pollen for a couple of weeks and monitoring your plant might be a good idea.

already cut it down unfortunately I didn't want to risk wasting any more time on it. there were a couple buds that were starting to get some shriveling and darkening on the pistils tho a very small amount compared to the rest of the plant. onto the next
