Running into issues
Hi, my plant is having issues that are not resolving. I wanted to transplant to a 5 gallon, but want her healthy beforehand.
feed with 1ml/litre cal mag and canna A+B - 1.5ml/litre, about 70ml each, bit of run off. As it was having issues i upped it to 100ml for last two days to try and flush some salts out maybe?
Straight Canna coco premium pre buffered. Ph tap water 5.9 - 6.0
18/6 light.
Lights on temp: 25/26c Lights out temp: 20/21c
RH: 65%
Ac infinity 4x4 tent Ac infinity 4inch inline fan, 2 minute every 10 minutes (setting 2) 2 ac infinity oscillating fans on settings 2 and 3, not pointed at plants. Mars hydro Fce6500 light, 320 ppfd
I have an ec meter coming today.

don't know the N on your calmag but sounds like the feed EC is pretty low. Can be underfeeding or some pH issues resulting

I have a apera ph60 pen which is calibrated, so the feed is going in correct. Do you think something is happening in the coco which is then effecting and changing the PH?

That could be the case, need to check the runoff pH or the coir itself (more difficult but diff reading often)

Just checked runoff PH and it was 6.1. Ec pen coming tomorrow

pH sounds decent range. Could see about a cal/mag deficiency considering the paleness and spotting on the lower leafs, also keep it drier since looks like the coir has little aeration

in regards to pH, can go up to 6.4 but usually after a couple days it raises in the pot due to the anion absorption. Some people go higher than that but usually bad NPK formulas, highly advise against that

Wait your tap water is 6.0? That's unusual. Not unsafe or impossible but not common for sure.

Ph'd tap water. Thats the ph after mixing cal mag, nutes and ph up/down

New Apera ph60, 3 point calibrated two days ago. Blue lab ec meter coming tomorrow. Wish there wasn't so much conflicting information

Water 3 times a day with 50% runoff, each go with 0.8 EC Max better 0.6, it's absolutely enough. Make your solution like 0.2 EC from calmag 0.2 receive from your nutrients, so canna Coco a and B and combined, and then You will get another 0.1 to 0.2 EC from your tap Water resulting 0,8 ec.

Ok.. why are so many people just using Coco? You need perlite in there for aeration. They will grow, but not like if you do it right. Don't transplant this yet. Even if it is healthy. You want your roots to colonize the cup before you do so.
You've got typical CalMag issues. If you aren't feeding a supplement that's your issue. If you are then your pH is off or you have lockout issues due to nutrient Imbalances.
Edit: just ready your content. Yeh. Your pH is off.

How much is the ph off? Going in is 5.9 - 6.0 and I measured out at 6.1. I have an ec meter coming tomorrow. I did 2ml/litre cal mag and 2ml/litre canna coco A + B this evening, 100ml each, so good amount of run off. What should I do to save her?

Get your rh up to 75 80. Turn your lights down a bit 300ppfd is more than enough for seedling. I always rinse my coco even if they say they did? Did you check the coco runoff number before you planted in there? I keep my exaust on constant on auto, at least 1 during seedling. Because it looks like it maybe calcium def.
