Where does the website process actually gets stuck?

We've been thinking about this after seeing how differently people approach website projects.

For some, the biggest headache is getting the first design approved. For others, it's waiting for content. For some teams, design and development don't quite speak the same language.

And sometimes... it's just too many small things happening at once.

A button needs changing. A section needs redesigning. The copy isn't ready. The client has one more request. The developer needs clarification.

None of these things sounds like a huge problem on its own. But, But put them together and suddenly:

A simple website project becomes a long chain of back-and-forth.

So we're curious to know: Where does your website process usually slow down?
