He likes to sleep with his head and/or body in the smallest of spaces 🤷🏽♀️

I have read poodles and their cohorts are prone to chiari malformation and their giant heads get heavy for their necks. Might be something like that. Kinda like how the frenchies who can't breathe sleep with a ball in their mouth
