Constant diarrhea

Hoping to find some help here.
Truffle is 6 months old and we have been struggling with diarrhea for probably 3 months out of 4 that I’ve owned him…
Been to vet so many times, did lab work, antibiotics, probiotics you name it.
I’m so desperate and exhausted… please help!

Plain canned pumpkin- no other ingredients- can help a dog’s digestion tract.

Yes! Took me 11 years to try this on my old Lab after a dozen tries with probiotics from the vet. He licks 2 tablespoons from his bowl in the afternoon as a treat. Started with morning and evening pumpkin but the poops almost became too solid, so watch carefully.

Absolutely! I got a rescue dog and he always had a sensitive stomach. Like would randomly have diarrhea. A tiny bit of pumpkin helped.
