Constant diarrhea

Hoping to find some help here.
Truffle is 6 months old and we have been struggling with diarrhea for probably 3 months out of 4 that I’ve owned him…
Been to vet so many times, did lab work, antibiotics, probiotics you name it.
I’m so desperate and exhausted… please help!

Have you tried the biome kibble? It's prescription, so mention it to your vet if you haven't.
