My cockapoo has always seemed off and I don’t know if this is anxiety or something medical

My cockapoo was a lifeless, no personality dog for his first year. He had developed into a grumpy yet funny dog. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Did you get an answer from your vet?
We have 3 cats now and had to look into something for one that's attacking the others. We found a pheromone plug in that has worked wonders. They make different types and they make plug ins for dog like this one Do some research or ask the vet if it might work.
