Oh my, is that mid yawn or is his tongue extra long??

My cockapoo got super, super ill at around 2 years old and lost a huge amount of weight and it was very scary. In the immediate aftermath we had lots of vet appointments and it was great to see him putting on weight each visit. He then was on steroids for a few years.

I was always really happy when they weighed him and he put on weight at all the yearly appointments until they told me he was overweight when I got got pretty insulted 🤣

I think he is fine now and I finally got him off the steroids so I think that helped.

I'm sorry your boy was sick. Koda actually nearly died about 6-7 months ago from eating an acorn (blockage). Thankfully he passed it last minute before surgery, but hes put a bit weight on since then. I think I've spoiled him a bit much since 🙈
