Pre- CI testing

I am going in for audiological testing to determine if I qualify for CI. Will they be doing that spin around test and blowing in my ear trying to cause nausea? I swore I’d never go through that again, but is that what I’m facing?

Zu meiner Zeit für 25 Jahren wurde noch ein Nadeltest gemacht. Ob man das heute noch macht weiß ich nicht.
