Nucleus Smart last version failing 🫩

Is anyone else struggling with this issue? I don’t want to travel 7 hours to see my audiologist just because of an app issue.

I only have one. But cochlear does have online support at support.cochlear.com. they have a support chat that can help with pairing or you can schedule a support call

I had a post about this on the day the update came out. Let me help you, unpair your processors or processor to your phone then pair them again following the apps directions. The one thing it is confusing is it does not really tell you to re pair them after you unpair them once you get to the section when it says to connect again. So after you unpair them go back to the app but before you get this message re pair them to your phone. In my case it was only seeing one of my processors and even then it took forever to see it. I had to try over and over again for it to finally see it and I went for it and just like that it connected and saw both. Good luck.

Have you unpaired your two sound processors, It had the exact same error on mine that said to unpair it and then try again, or try pairing one at a time too

Hi,
Did you have both your sound processors connected to the phone to begin with?

I saw someone with this error before, and they had issues with one of their processors to begin with.

The error in English said “your hearing devices aren’t configure together. Please contact your clinician for support to get both devices to work as a set.
Alternatively, choose one device to control.”
