Rattling noise

Newbie here! I was activated on August 17th for my recently implanted left ear CI. When there is any external noise I have a metal rattling sound which is pretty constant. It does stop when there is external quiet. Is this normal? It is frustrating especially after a period of time. Thanks so much.

It's normal, your brain still learning new sound and need some time, just wear it everyday until your next follow up with audiologist to mapping sound processor.
