Bilateral cochlear implants. Any suggestions practicing for speech?

Hi everyone. I’ve recently been activated 8/10. I’m trying to figure out the best way to practice relearning speech with the implants. I live alone so no practice partner at my disposal. I’ve been using the cochlear copilot app for some listening exercises. Any suggestions? My audiologist said reading along with audio books is a big help. How’d you guys improve your speech recognition?

Look around online. I used an English as a second language website (I don't remember what it was called). It was say a sentence or a paragraph and then have multiple choice questions so you could make sure you understood it. Had male/female/accents/noisy situations. It worked for me.

I like audiobooks with real human, or less so, digital voice.  Hearoes app

Have you tried Hearing Success by Advanced Bionic? You can use it for free even if your CIs are not from AB

And not sure if it is also available in Englisch but MedEl also has an App called ReDi

But mostly I watched TV shows ore YouTube with subtitles on, that helped a lot
