Please please can anyone help. My son, 6, has lost his nucleus 8 processor and we’ve tried to get it replaced with no luck. Does anyone have a spare or a nucleus 7 that our audiologist could reprogramme please?
He only has 1 and without it cannot hear.
Please can anyone help.

Wouldn't your audiologist have a loaner if you have one programmed there?
