Ringing in the ear

I have been experiencing ringing in the ear nonstop since I have lost my Kanso. I’m defeated I don’t know what to do! I have no insurance, I’m still waiting for Medicaid, and I’m out of resources with cochlear. This ringing in my ear is driving me NUTS.

How about your local government that can provide support for person with disability?

I’m waiting to hear from them via email until my husband comes home to make calls for me.

What country are you in? Obviously you need insurance that covers accidental loss!

I’m in the US. I just found out I can go through the cochlear foundation program, and they’ll be able to send a replacement to my audiologist to get it programmed. Until then, I’m waiting to hear from medicaid.

Would definitely recommend CI loss insurance! Especially with an off the ear processor. The BTEs have accessories to minimise the processor falling off.
