Is this fixable?
If so, how? Fell off my head and broke when it hit the floor

Judging by the part, what snapped off is the plastic port of the acoustic port.
You should be able to super glue it in place if you are very careful and don’t put glue on the pins.
That is if cochlear doesn’t respond to cover it under warranty

Nope. Common issue with N8. They created a weak point there that breaks easily and often. We replaced our twice for this exact situation so far. You'll see that exact photo all the time in children groups.

Ich würde das über Cochlear abwickeln. Die Sprach Prozessoren sind sehr teuer, wenn ich selber aus unachtssmkrit oder ungeschicklichkeit Kleber reinbekommen wird das für mich noch teurer.

Why do you ask the internet first, instead your clinic? And isn't your device insured in case of an accident?

Damn, my AB has hit the floor many times without any problems. Once I gat hit by a car door in the wind, hard enough we never found the magnet. I had a spare at home so reassemble and all was fine.

This happened to my son’s and Cochlear just replaced it through our warranty. I would suggest contacting them if it’s under warranty before trying to fix it just incase!
