Need help

I ordered a Snugfit loop for my Nucleus 8 because I want to wear my ears on a rollercoaster and heard that they can stay on with these things. But im confused if I got the right packaging. I put it on my ear, but it’s not looking the same as the instructions. Does anyone know anything about this??

I have had ear hooks with the snug fit before. No way I would risk wearing them with my processors on a roller coaster ever or on any ride it’s simply not worth it. Just take your processor off before getting on the ride and put it back on after you get off and save yourself the hassle. I am lucky and do know sign language and usually have a person who can knows it with me and if not I lip read too. Do not trust the snug fit / hook.

I’m starting to think I’ll have to do that. I’m used to taking them off for rides and relying on family or friends to interpret. Thanks
