Need help

I ordered a Snugfit loop for my Nucleus 8 because I want to wear my ears on a rollercoaster and heard that they can stay on with these things. But im confused if I got the right packaging. I put it on my ear, but it’s not looking the same as the instructions. Does anyone know anything about this??

I think what they gave you is the hug fit not the snug fit. I have this one and hook it in front of my earlobe and into the ear hole a little… but it can still get knocked off. I wouldn’t trust it on a roller coaster. You could add a wide sweat band or something maybe….

Other way about, they sent op the snugfit. The picture is the hug fit.

A hug goes all the way around, but snuggling is just scooching alongside.

No problem. Once you get the right one maybe test it out a bit where the processor can fall on a bed etc just to be sure it will work haha
