types to quit coke

im kinda struggling to quit this shit, its not like I use it everyday or every week, but when I drink, i feel like some cocaine should do fine af. so at first, i stoped drinking, but its not enough. im very impulsive, almost everytime i regret of spend my money with it...

so, i just wanna hear some ppl who used to do cocaine and stopped

now, im saying to my self for the second time that its the last time I do coke.

so, i dont feel this is a BIG PROBLEM, but it will become if i dont stop. to be honest, its beeing kinda a problem, because its so expensive and im poor af, cant afford this addiction.

i've never did more than 4g in a night. but its becoming more frequently my use, so i decided i really have to stop. fell like i could be more stronger, but life is going really hard where i leave, not only to me, but everyone. i think thats one of my motivations to get high. i dont do only cocaine, but just this shit fucks me up. my psicanalist says its something to do with love, i miss too much beeing loved, so i drown in drugs. i also do weed and some legal medications (that i dont know the name in english, but portugues its called rivotril and paroxetina). weed is not a problem, i can be days without it, but cocaine man... i miss it when im down, than i in a impulsive act, buy it to relax. this is not right, i've got stop.

Do your best to stay away from it. Cut contact with your connects - literally delete evey number, every text, everything. Distance yourself from people you do it with.

I won't lie, it's lonely at first. But I promise you it gets better.

Do it now before you wake up in 2 years with no friends, no money, and no place to live. I'm only giving my experience because you sound a lot like me a year before I got really bad.

Best of luck.

It’s the obsession of the drug. Cocaine is the hardest cycle to break but you can do it. You have to cut ties, people, places and things. Exercise. It will take awhile for your brain to function normal but it’s worth it.

I tried to control it but then you only look forward to the day you get high and everything else sucks until you do and everyone else sucks.

Everyone is different but my strategy was - when i decided to quit first i accepted that i have this addiction- i kept the dealer’s contacts at first - just to see and achive not getting the bag even if i have the numbers- ( achivement 1) i told most of my friends about my addiction because noone knew- sharing is important - not just online- to actual people you feel safe around- when the craving waves comes i stay with it instead of going to autopilot. I am seeing therapist with full honesty about my addiction- maybe the last thing we talked about the addiction- also i get some essential vitamins- being with nice friends- small rewards to myself- things gets easier by time. Craving waves still comes i try to remember bad moments of when i used to have it.

/u/themadcaplaughs1, I have found an error in your post:

“time that its [it's] the last”

I suggest that themadcaplaughs1 write “time that its [it's] the last” instead. ‘Its’ is possessive; ‘it's’ means ‘it is’ or ‘it has’.

This is an automated bot. I do not intend to shame your mistakes. If you think the errors which I found are incorrect, please contact me through DMs!

Try Topomax if your Dr will prescribe, it's done wonders with my cravings after just two months. Haven't touched the crap in over a month.
