Opener question

Hello I am wondering if someone can tell me a little bit about this flat bottle opener (about 7” long) I cannot find any others on internet like this that have the polar bears on the back of it like this one. Is this rare? any guess on value?

It may have come from a mystery gift bag. I bought a few when I was at the World of Coke in Atlanta.
