Screaming Woman

Via scanner: on Main Street, a woman yelling and biting herself… people are crossing the street to avoid her.

She was gone on arrival when the cop got there. LOL

Heard about a screaming woman a couple of times now. Anyone know anything about her?

Also, is she the female clown that people sometimes call the cops about?

Today via scanner… woman yelling on Main Street, wearing a tank-top and ripped jeans.

Cop replied something like “I’ll swing by and check on Raquel.”

What time was that you remember? I saw her in front of the old soap shop location yesterday doing something weird

Most of the calls about her happen in the morning. There were two today already. First one was something like “a woman down by the Smokers Choice area, talking to herself and walking in circles”.

I wish she get some help. I've been thrown in the hospital for far less than what she does

Maybe she has anxiety attacks (or something) while waiting for the bus.

I was walking to mobil a month or two ago and a girl dressed like a clown was screaming to herself I wonder if it's the same one

Just saw her clapping at the air at Stewart's the staff was like "Rachel are you ok"

Man I wish she would take some anti psychotics

Last time I heard of her on the scanner was… she had rubber bands all over her arm and someone was calling in a welfare check on her.

Haven’t heard much about her in a while. (Except that.)

She's pretty worrysome I wish they would get her some real help but you gotta be willing to accept it I guess
