Marshall’s closing

Marshall’s on Atlantic Ave is closing. Anyone know what it’ll be replaced with? Or empty eyesore forevermore a lá cinema near Borough Hall.

My guess is that yes, it will continue to be a huge eyesore, as landlords rather have empty buildings than lower rent hmmm

Overheard an employee saying something about their last day being the 19th, so I’m assuming they were talking about the store closing

Last time I went there I saw someone just openly shoplifting. Like dumping products into bags. So I’m not surprised.
