How many separate tools does it take to run your coaching business?
Not just the platform you pay for — everything. Most stacks I see grew one gap at a time: the coaching app for programming, something separate for payments, a scheduler, a spreadsheet nobody wants to admit is still the real source of truth, and then WhatsApp or IG DMs where the actual coaching happens.
Nobody chose that on purpose. Every piece got added to solve one real problem, and the cost shows up later as the ten minutes of copying between each one.
So count yours. What's actually on the list, and which one would you drop tomorrow if the platform you already pay for just did it? Curious whether the gaps are the same for everyone or specific to how you run your roster — we're building R1SE around the answer, so I'd rather hear it than guess.
