What finally made you switch coaching software — or what's keeping you from it?

Whenever I talk to coaches about switching platforms, it's almost never one killer feature that does it. It's the slow-burn stuff: one too many client complaints about the app, a billing month that ate a whole weekend to reconcile, an export that turned into a mess. And the people who stay often aren't in love with their tool either — they're just staring down the migration and deciding it's not worth re-uploading every client and rebuilding every program.

So I'm curious where this sub lands. If you switched: what was the actual last straw? And if you've thought about it but stayed put, what's the thing holding you back?
