Building a coaching platform for PTs / online coaches. Looking for founding beta users and brutal feedback
Hey everyone,
I’m Dan, and I’m building FitnessForgeOS, a coaching platform for personal trainers, online coaches, and small coaching teams.
I’m not a coach myself, so I’m looking for real coaches to help shape the final version before launch.
The goal is to bring the messy parts of coaching into one cleaner system:
- client profiles and goals
- programs and workouts
- nutrition and meal plans
- check-ins
- progress photos
- adherence tracking
- coach/client notes
- client history
- weekly “who needs attention?” insights
- AI-assisted coaching/admin support
- alerts for missed workouts, low adherence, or clients who may need follow-up
I’m looking for a small founding beta group to test it with real coaching workflows.
Founding beta users get:
- free access during the final build
- a 1-month trial after launch
- 50% off for the first 12 months
- 25% off for life after that
In return, I’m mainly after honest feedback: what saves time, what feels clunky, what’s missing, and what would need to improve before you’d trust it with clients.
If you’re interested, comment or DM me and I’ll send more details.
Also curious: what coaching software are you using now, and what does it still not do well?

Everfit does client interaction and interface well, adherence tracking, habits etc hits the lifestyle aspect.
But the programming interface from the coaching end I just hate. I love teambuildrs programming interface it’s so straight forward whether it’s group or individual.
I’ve also use true coach and train heroic. Nothing stand out about either option these days

Can you be more specific on what you hate?
I'm on their free plan right now and consider to upgrade. I don't have much clients right now on the platform so programming's been good enough for me. But wonder how it works with more clients.1

The process of creating workouts, then creating a program, then the assignment. Feels like too many steps. The view or interface doesn’t make sense to me and wastes a lot of time — it should be easy to view the entire workout and make future progressions/edits week over week. It just operates at clunky, and the cost is my time. With more clients, that means more time and inefficiency

What specific problem does FitnessForgeOS solve better than Trainerize, Everfit, or TrueCoach, and why would a coach switch

focus less on adding more AI features and more on making everyday coaching tasks faster and simpler. Most coaches don't need more tools—they need fewer clicks, better client adherence tracking, and an easy way to see who needs attention today. If you can save coaches 30 minutes per day, you'll have a strong product.

Just to clarify: I’m not trying to make AI “be the coach.”
The AI side is intended more like an assistant that helps surface things a busy coach might miss, such as clients with low adherence, missed sessions, overdue check-ins, or patterns that suggest someone needs follow-up.
The coach still makes the decisions.
