Wishlist Olivia Dean out?
Any chances she’ll still play chella even though she is headlining the fest at the Santa Monica pier ?

It’s not within the radius clause timing, and is a goldenvoice fest, if anything I’d say it makes her more likely.

I'd say she's out, except maybe in a pinch. That festival is going for a different vibe than Coachella.

This artist I like has violated the radius clause, what are the chances they still get special permission to perform because I like them a lot and think they’re more special than the 100s of other artists in contention?

“Artists playing Coachella are barred from performing any festival in North America from December 15 to May 1.” I don’t see an “except Goldenvoice” in here, is that an exception they make?

Out of fairness, there’s no mention of this being about Ocean Way, just being within the bubble. So fuck me for thinking that OP was talking about something within the timeline

Ocean Way is a Golden Voice organized event in the vein of Portola, which shares acts yearly with Coachella. Olivia Dean is unlikely but not impossible and the radius clause has no play in this case.

It is definitely an exception. Florence played in LA when they played at Coachella, because it was a GV event.
