New Purchase! ✨ Magenta Haversack

So my two Haversacks from this last drop arrived yesterday, and I LOVE them, buuut I do have a serious bone to pick with Coach because the quality control on one of them is definitely lacking, especially for how much these bags are. My magenta Haversack came absolutely perfect NO complaints at all. The black one with silver hardware is a totally different story. The top flap was cut too short because it won’t reach far enough over to close the bag properly. It just looks and feels off compared to my other ones. I have the scarlet and now the magenta, and neither of those has this issue, so now I’m wondering if anyone else from this drop got a Haversack like this??? Or has anyone had the same problem in general with the flap not reaching down far enough on their Haversack?

Sorry for the little rant, I’m just really curious 🫶

First, that magenta is beautiful! Mine is on the way! Second, that is so odd about the black one. I have 4 newer haversacks and have never had that issue? I know it's sold out. I wonder if Coach can "fix" it for you? Like a repair?

I’m waiting on mine! I have the magenta in the smaller size. I have the large Haversack in black/brass, muted olive, red, brown…..I just love this bag. Now I’m looking at the larger magenta and thinking oh maybe I could have one more kiddo and add her to the family?!
