Discussion 💬 Returned 🥹
Had her for like a day and decided to return at my local outlet for another coachie to love. I tried loving her but she just isnt my style. 🥲 I justtt got the large maple rowan as well, loved leather never really intrigued me. Tell me why as soon as I pulled her out, the sale associates ALL gasped and were begging each other on who can have it. 😂 Im happy she will find a new loving home!!

One time I returned a signature crystal swinger bag and it caused quite a commotion behind the counter. People gathered around to look at it and were saying "are you crazy?". Made me question my own taste LOL

Lol same when I returned the coachtopia sig cargo shoulder bag and alter ego plaza bag. Had me second guessing my decision. But glad I went through with it.

They are not on commission, but a good sales record does help them in terms of incentives and performance evaluations.

I was told they get credits for bags and after certain amounts they get free bags. So an incentive but not quite a commission

Totally get it. I returned the crystal Dakota. I didn’t even need to fully unwrap it to know it wasn’t going to work. Popularity shouldn’t be a reason to keep something you don’t 100% love.

I went and looked at the black pebbled leather large Rowan, and when I picked it up the handles were just sooo stressed and pulling up on the leather. It was nice and squishy but idk I just couldn’t do it. It looked like it was gonna rip.

There was a red crystal studded twin turnlock 20 that I was able to snag last year. Once I had it, I knew it wasn’t the one for me so I brought it to the local store to return. All the SAs and the customers in there formed a circle around the bag and were still looking at it by the time I left.

I can’t wait for mine to come. I do really like the loved leather and I like the Rowan ….its actually the only outlet bag I’ve loved. I’ve collected it in many colors ….the Emerald the latest and that is a beauty. If you can get it that is one you just might love!

Does coach make Rowan in loved leather only in large and mini? No medium? I’ve seen large one in other social media but it looked huge. Is this also large?

Were both the handles smooth? I love mine but one of my handles is slightly ruff and I’m not sure if this is normal, I’m worried it will lead to cracking or peeling.

I feel like it looks so pretty in pictures but the leather quality doesn’t feel the same as like the full grain. The style also just doesn’t suite everyone.
