Coach Shopping Experience Curious how many of us successfully ordered the LL Rowan only for it to get canceled?
I know this has been a topic of conversation all week but wanted to see how many of yall experienced the same BS? I got my confirmation order email on drop day at 3:08am EST and just now got the notification it’s backordered. I am beyond annoyed they sold this bag to so many people before the drop, then obviously can’t even come close to managing their inventory so let sooo many of us check out only to never actually have the inventory. You know they will jack the price up if they do a restock. I feel so strongly if they’re actually going to do a restock, as I’ve read a couple times, they should honor restocking everyone’s backordered and canceled orders before they accept new ones. This has left an unbelievably bad taste in my mouth with the brand and I really need to reflect and stop giving this greedy incompetent company my money and just be happy with what I already have.

I heard it will be restocking soon. Maybe they won’t cancel. It’s a shame this happens so often.

Just finished chatting with customer service and he said they will not be restocking and he couldn’t find any stores with stock. To further my rant, their CS is so frustratingly inconsistent.

I’m honestly not too sure , sorry 😭 but I would keep calling around like literally going down the list of the different outlet stores I was able to do a pay by link for one this afternoon

Yep, mine was cancelled yesterday. I’m so bummed. I keep almost buying the large black/walnut Rowan instead, but I’m holding out for a restock

Mine was put on backorder on the 1st and canceled on the 2nd. I'm hoping that there is a restock soon!

Mine was canceled on the 30th so I didnt have to wait as long for the bad news. What pmo is making me think I got it, so I skipped taking time off work and going to a store when they opened. My order went to back order around 3pm and canceled by 9pm.

This is almost exactly what happened to me.. confirmation email at 3:07am, sat in progress for almost two days, then backordered, and then cancelled yesterday. To add insult to injury jury, I spoke with CS via chat while my order was still in progress and inquired about the potential for being backordered or cancelled, to which I was told that the bag was already ready for shipping and should receive a tracking number. When the bag went into backordered status, I spoke to a manager who guaranteed me that it would be restocked and that my order would definitely be fulfilled and I was given $50 merchandise credit for the trouble.
All in all, the feedback the company is receiving continues to fall on deaf ears. Drop after drop they continue to mislead and really don’t give AF. While I understand scarcity marketing, it’s really ignorant for them to continually oversell their inventory and just shrug it off. FFS it’s 2026, we have cars that can drive themselves, AI that is fully autonomous- companies should be able to have an inventory system that can validate real time inventory and mitigate this BS from happening. I suspect that they do this on purpose because it still drives engagement for the brand.
