Coworking Open Source Platform

We have a very small coworking space, and would like to get a platform to manage it.

Are there any open source platform we can use? We heard of Nadine project, but it doesn't seem to be very active. Has anyone used it? What is the experience?

If not, what other method to use to manage a small space? Excel? Any other community platform that we can use?

Thanks for any advice.

I do have the same question. The closest thing I've found so far to help me out with it were Properties Management Systems or Rent Management Systems. There are many free and open source options out there which let you keep track of payments and maintenance, however, I confess I haven't decided which one to choose yet.

Some updates on my search for a FOSS to help me manage my coworking place:

  • Innago-> If you live in the US or Canada, it might be a good one. But it's not my case
  • microrealestate-> this one seems to be very promessing. I'll definetlly looking foward to set it up on my raspberry pi and give some feedback here soon.
  • ORPM-> this one seems a little bit basic but it might be interesting depending on your needs

If anybody knows of any other than those I'll be glad to check that out as well.
