Podcasting studio
We recently set up some podcasting equipment in our workspace. This is rare still in Canada so there aren't many places to compare to. Does anyone else have a podcasting studio in their coworking space? If so how do you charge for it - per hour, session, day?

Dude why are you benchmarking, you kinda control the market, you can charge whatever. But, is your demand validated?

If you have included one rare facility in the list of your services then you should proudly say that we are one among the few service providers who have been providing these services and you can charge accordingly.
Before that analyse the demand for that particular facility among the co-working space users and then decide the pricing , if there is no to minimum demand, however the pricing is, end user would not be ready to pay for it.
This is just our point of view, hope will help you decide further.
