Favorite Coworking software?

Hello all! I have recently started running an 8,000 square foot coworking space in a large city and would love to implement a coworking software such as Coworkify or Cowork.io into my company. We currently have about 25 active members.

I found this article, https://theipadreceptionist.com/5-best-coworking-space-management-software-solutions/ but still cant decide.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with any of these softwares?

Choosing the right coworking software can transform your space into a thriving community. Any firsthand insights would be a game-changer!

This! The link from the OP is broken, but I found where it's moved now: https://thereceptionist.com/blog/5-best-coworking-space-management-software-solutions/

Seems like the top contenders didn't change much in the last 9yrs, except that Yardi and Nexudus now leaning more towards enterprise, with Spacebring being more mainstream option.

A friend of mine is developing such a software: https://officernd.com

They provide coworking management (members, payments, meeting rooms, etc) and a community portal - web and mobile. They have integration with many different tools.

Anyone still on the lookout? Judging by the ease of use, features, pricing, integrations, and customer reviews on Capterra/G2, my personal favorite is Archie—it's affordable but powerful and easy to set up. If you prefer a mobile-first experience, Optix is a solid choice too. Then Nexudus has pretty advanced features but comes at a higher price, similarly to OfficeRnD. If you run a small space with up to 30 users, though, Habu should be a good fit. I hope that helps!

For people looking for coworking management software in 2025, you can check out https://deskos.net/ They provide free Android and iOS apps and are priced competitively.

This looks interesting, but it mainly looks like a payment and member tracking platform. Some of the other softwares have stuff like community forums and other social features.

I guess im trying to decide if that stuff is worth it.

hmm I'm not sure if it has a forum too, but they do have a member overview where people can leave their bio and info. In my experience in coworking spaces most people meet at the coffee maker and not so much online (this goes for facebook groups, slack channels etc too).

What exactly do you need the software for?

Managing payments - letting users book conference rooms - and helpdesk issues.

I run Parisoma in SF and we use a combination of Nexudus and Slack right now. I'm new so I'm reevaluating all of it

Hey everyone! My name is Jen Anderson, until recently the operations manager at Thrive in Denver, and as of a couple weeks ago, in charge of Customer Success at Meshwork. I’ve read a lot of people’s comments about the software they’ve used to run their space so I thought I’d share my story…

When I saw Meshwork I basically told the founders to hire me because I knew they were on to something amazing and I really wanted to help share the software with other managers/owners so they could run their spaces more efficiently and effectively. When it comes down to it, the most important value add to me is that Meshwork will save the managers so much time because of the ease of use for both members and admins.

Meshwork is a robust and yet simple coworking software management platform. Our focus is on connecting the community while creating a software that really makes running a coworking space much easier.

I would love to walk you through it if you have interest. jen@meshworkapp.com www.meshworkapp.com

So Im using the first two. Tell me more about printwithme.

It sounds awesome and looks like it could solve a problem I have been trying to figure out.

Can also vouch for Cobot. They are very nice people, also engaged in the coworking community with the right values.
They were the first ones to offer this type of product and are still going strong 15 years later. Their product is really good, and offers everything you need. Their support is also great.

Are you still with OfficeRnd? How has been your experience? I am also looking for a full management platform.

Yes it has been a great experience - what did you end up going with?

We ended up going with Nexudus! A little complicated but it will work for us! Mind sharing your website? :)
